Privacy policy

We collect very little through this website, and we would rather describe it precisely than hide it in five pages of boilerplate.

THIS POLICY WAS LAST UPDATED IN JULY 2026.

01

Scope

This policy covers the SurveiLens website only. It does not describe how Atlas handles data inside a customer deployment. That is set out on our trust page and, for customers, in the deployment agreement.

The short version of the product position: Atlas runs on hardware inside the customer's building, and video is not transmitted to SurveiLens. This website never receives footage of any kind.

02

What this website collects

If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, a description of your environment, and your message. We also receive whether you selected a pilot enquiry or an investment enquiry.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, in the ordinary course of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

03

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

04

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and are then held in our email account.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf as service providers.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If a conversation clearly ends without going anywhere, we delete it.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.

To exercise any of these, email us. We will not ask you to justify the request, and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in the UK or EU and you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

07

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below. We will not make a substantive change quietly.

08
